Initial consultation and feasibility analysis: After the project's in-depth review is initiated, we will carefully examine your 3D design and discuss its manufacturability, alternative materials, and potential problems encountered during the manufacturing process. This iterative step lays the foundation for the precise and accurate CNC processing process and quotation.
Process planning and digital prototype production: After the project or design proposal is approved, the next step is to create a complete production process. This includes selecting the best path to the machinable area using the best CAM software.
Precision production and process monitoring: After the plan is finalized, the production process will enter the next stage in the workshop. The components will be sent to the CNC machine for precise processing. This step executes the plan according to the specifications and converts the designed product into a physical object.
Final quality assurance/post-processing: This is the final step. Using a coordinate measuring machine (CMM), the processed product will undergo final quality inspection. It may also be necessary to meet other secondary specification requirements, remove burrs, and undergo other processing treatments, such as heat treatment or surface treatment. At this stage, the product can be shipped, thus completing the CNC processing service and quotation agreement.
