Lionse has customized and processed a new part based on the customer's drawings - the Titanium Deep-Sea Equipment Sealing Chamber End Cap. This product is made of titanium Grade 5. Made through precision CNC machining center and turning process, as well as thread treatment. Accurate size, perfectly compatible with customers' precision equipment. We can customize Titanium Deep-Sea Equipment Sealing Chamber End Cap according to different customer needs. And our engineers produce and manufacture according to the drawings, material specifications, etc. provided by the customer throughout the entire process. Catalytic converter Inlet Cone With Flange from Lionse is a custom stainless steel welded assembly, designed as the transition connector between the exhaust manifold and catalytic converter for automotive and machinery exhaust systems.Manufactured by precision TIG welding, the component comes with pre-machined threaded ports reserved for oxygen sensor installation. The integrated flange structure enables quick and reliable bolt-on assembly during exhaust system fitting.
Lionse recently customized and processed a new part based on the customer's drawings - a Aluminum 6061 Metal Equipment Pneumatic Fixture. This product is made of aluminum 6061 and is designed precisely, which can perfectly match the customer's precision equipment. Its shape was ultimately determined through CNC machining center technology. We can customize the production of pneumatic fixtures according to the different needs of the customers.
