This non-standard Conical Surface Locating Pull Stud adopts a dual-conical surface self-centering structure. When combined with the corresponding locating seat, it can achieve precise alignment without gaps, with a repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.005mm. The coaxiality of the conical surfaces is strictly controlled at ≤Φ0.05mm, effectively preventing assembly jitter and benchmark deviation. The main body is made of 420 stainless steel or 40Cr alloy steel, which is quenched to HRC48-52. Combined with fine turning and precision grinding processes, the roughness of the conical surfaces can reach Ra0.8μm. It is wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and has stable long-term performance.
Unlike standard general components, this product supports full-size non-standard customization. It can be flexibly adjusted for the conical surface angle, installation threads (such as M12), and shape structure according to the workpiece and tray interface, and can be quickly adapted without modifying the production line. In practical applications, single-time clamping time is reduced from traditional minutes to seconds, and the changeover efficiency is increased by more than 80%, significantly improving the machine tool's utilization rate and batch processing consistency. It is widely applicable in high-end manufacturing scenarios such as automotive components, precision molds, aerospace, and automation equipment.

From process breakthroughs to quality control, the product adopts CNC precision processing + full-size three-coordinate detection throughout the process. It overcomes industry processing difficulties such as conical surface angle accuracy, heat treatment deformation, and coaxiality control, ensuring single-piece accuracy and batch stability.
