Step 1: Processing of sprocket teeth, machining the sprocket teeth to achieve the designed thickness;
Step 2: Primary processing of the sprocket body, machining the sprocket body and leaving a processing allowance of 0.3mm to 0.5mm in the thickness direction of the sprocket body;
Step 3: Heat treatment of the sprocket, conducting heat treatment on the sprocket;
Step 4: Secondary processing of the sprocket body, performing turning processing on the sprocket body and machining it to the designed thickness. The sprocket includes a sprocket body and sprocket teeth arranged on the sprocket body. The sprocket body has two sides, and the two sides of the sprocket body are the turning planes.
