- Batch processing:
- When producing in large quantities, make the most of the process and equipment to be more efficient. When dealing with single items or small batches, try to spend less time on setting up and adjusting.
- Plan making:
- Figure out how many orders are needed and what the requirements are according to what the customers want. Then arrange the production plan in a sensible way to avoid chaos and delays during production.
- Clamping improvement:
- Use special fixtures, or efficient pneumatic or hydraulic fixtures to hold the workpieces. This can save time when loading and unloading. When processing multiple pieces, use multi-station fixtures, multi-station worktables, or multi-axis automatic machines so that the loading and unloading time can overlap with the actual processing time.
- Tool management:
- Make the tools and grinding wheels last longer so you don't have to change them as often. Also, find better ways to install the tools. For example, use quick-change tool holders and tool fine-tuning devices to reduce the time spent changing tools.
